Please excuse any cross posts or double emails...I am trying to reach as many people I can on this urgent matter...

Your help is desperately needed by another friend of mine.

How often have you been asked to help others and felt no connection to the beneficiaries of your resources? Here is your chance to help a local family's nightmare have a happy ending.

You may know about my homeschool buddy Susan Nowicke's 16-year-old daughter being missing for a week now. They're not sure what happened, but clues suggest she was lured away from the family's home in Escondido and may be being held against her better judgement. The best info they have received has been through one of the daughter's friends who has had short cell phone conversations with her.

There has been no media coverage and the police have been little help in finding her because she is considered a runaway.

Many people have posted flyers and there have been some reported local sightings. Much more needs to be done to get this sweet child home.

The Nowicke's are mobilizing a Missing Child Team, coordinated with the help of child search organizations, to 1) make a massive local search effort and 2) to create a big story that the media will jump on.

We are going to have 2 days of group coordinated flyer distribution – Sunday, May 27 2:30pm and Monday, May 28th 9:00am
Please pass on the link and the word to church groups, youth groups and any other organizations you think might be willing to help in the effort. I know this is a holiday weekend and many people have plans already, but if you have even a half hour of time you can spare we would greatly appreciate it.
We need volunteers to help at the registration table at Kit Carson both days – We also need folks to help get flyers printed.

I know Escondido Kinko’s has been very helpful with providing free copies – I am hoping as I venture out today that more companies will help us in getting flyers printed.
