Subject says it all. Where have you come from and where are you going?

Well I will start. Here is our fight in a nutshell.

We have been trying for 6 years now. At Buffalo IVF & Associates going on 2 years.

Started with Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate) 100mg CD 5-9. A couple of unsuccessful dIUI's. Then more then a few attempts at an endometrial biopsy's. Only to find out my progesterone levels were low post ovulation.

HSG took place....not a problem. Everything looks good.

So they upped the dose of clomid to 150mgs. CD 5-9. And vaginal progesterone suppositories.

Two more unsuccessful dIUI's.

Put on Femara (Letrozole). CD 3-7...100mgs. Good follicle growth, great SA numbers...thought this was gonna be our cycle.
Well that was a BFN.

Had Laparoscopy done on May 3rd. Everything also looked fine, except for two mild...small....small spots of endo. There was no other reason why I couldnt have and hold a pregnancy.

Onto injectables. Injection training and consult went fine.

Currently on CD 1 of new cycle...finally started after BCP's for the lap. So Ill get all my rx's filled. And with my next cycle in about 28 days we will go in for CD 3 U/S, blood work, and injections. I think they are going to start me on 150iu's...but maybe on 75. Im thinking the latter.

Im getting kind of excited....dont want to get overly hopful. But I glad we are on this new course of treatment.
