"im really upset to because everyone keeps posting bulletins dissing my sister. when they dont even now the real story i just wish i could tell them what really happened but i'm not allowed and it's not my business to tell. the info will soon be released by amy or other former- members of the band. All i can tell you guys is dont believe any of the info you hear unless its posted on an official site.or they have proof it is real john's blog was what really made me upset saying my sister is shallow and there was no good reason why she fired him. when in fact thewhole evanescence situation that they were in was very unhappy and john even told her he wanted to leave she basically saved him from an extremely unhappy tour. im very happy though that at least some of you are going to stick by the lee family i love the lecompts as well and i wish them the best of luck in all they do. i just wish there were more fans like you who will love && give there loyalty to the lee's, lecompt's, and gray's instead of making up there own opinion to a story that is still untold to the public. all i know is evanescence will stay ROCKING with or without john and rocky ( unfortunatley) my sister wants me to tell all of you thanks for the support and patience all of you have had while waiting for the info to be released it's coming soon i swear!

This is all a guess on my part:
I know Amy suffered though months of touring with Ben when Ben had said he wanted to leave and he played a lot of games regarding that. The entire band said what a relief it was when he finally did leave. I can imagine the stress that must be to "live" on a bus with the same people being unhappy for months at a time. We also don't know what direction Amy was wanting to take the band in. Last but not least, John and Rocky stood to make a lot of money going on tour again. They may have been using EV and Amy to get money to fund their new band and at the same time not been willing to put their heart into Evanescence. No one knows but it sure does put a different spin on things doesn't it?

i deffinitly agree. because John did make a comment about her writing a song called "Call Me When Your Broke"

At first is seemed like everyone gave up on amy and went for john and rocky.

Now I feel like most of us have reached a level of understanding.

There is such a lack of information about this whole thing, it would be impossible to choose sides at this point.

exactly. i dont know what to believe. i'll admit when i read John and Rocky's stories i was like WTF AMY?! but now reading Lori's story, and i changed my view a lot. Amy made some sort of 'statement' if you even want to call it that. but it doesnt give us much insight onto what happened. guess we'll have to wait longer to know the full story.

we should be loyal to amy because even though we only have a littlie info on the situation about John leaving anyway we still no nothing for sure.

It's not an issue about taking "sides"... Evanescence is music... lyrics of heart and soul... Bands make changes, members leave and new ones come in... I love the music... As long as the integrity remains and their is thought to their fans, then, it doesn't matter who is at fault... If there is truly any ... It it what it is... This group is an Ev group... Everyone has a right to their opinion, good, bad or indifferent... We will all see what the true story is, in time

maybe we should listen to amy's sister, and Rocky's sister in law and stop pointing fingers and blaming whoever. this is a time to show support for evanescnce. I really dont think John meant what he said, he was just angry. here is what I think happpened. we know from rocky's sister in law he had quit in Jan, but was staying for however long. John wanted to start the new band and maybe maybe Amy thought he wasnt giving enough time to Ev, so she fired him.
