Just day dreaming prior to calling it a night.
1. Green detergents that can be used to wash clothing.
2. A PLL myspace account so people can become friends and PLL can request friends.
3. Real life HOA horror stories to let people, like me who have no HOA, know what is going on.
4. Acting local is cool. However, what about national, a petition drive, etc.
Example Homeowners and Renters bill of rights
Homeowners and Renters shall be allowed to Air-dry outer garments, bedding and other fabrics during the course of the day, but shall not be permitted to keep the items out over night.
Landlords shall make provisions for a community clothesline for renters to use in drying clothing items.
Developers shall provide open spaces for community or individual clotheslines
Good neighbor clause: any person that is in the process of selling their home may contact homes that are within two houses in each direction a minimum of 7 days prior to a open house event and request that they not hang out items for drying while the open house events take place. The duration of the request shall not exceed 4 consecutive days. The neighbor shall comply with the request to abstain from drying clothes outside for the length of time requested, but not beyond the 4 days. The day after the event the neighbors shall be permitted to dry articles outside. A new request by the same homeowner that would cause an overlap or continuance of a 4 day period without a 1 day break in between shall not be seen as an extension of the original 4 day period, but shall be a new period that shall begin after the 1 day break.
{this could also be applied to other functions as well, as voted upon by the individual homeowners within the HOA}
good night.
