Hey folks. Got a question about EVP work that I haven't come across yet. I'm part of a PI group in Vermont and on a recent investigation we got what appears to be a class B EVP. I couldn't make out any specific word myself. It sounded like a person sighing. Others in the group probably with a better ear than I said it sounded like a person saying "bye". Both members who recorded it are positive that it didn't come from them. And here is the reason for this post, we not only picked it up on our digital voice recorder but we also pick up the same EVP on our IR camera w/ mic. Both devices were about 15ft away and the EVP didn't sound closer or farther away from either of the devices. I can't say that I've heard of a EVP being picked up on multiply devices and that is were I need your help. Has this happened to anyone else doing EVP work or can you direct me to a person that has any knowledge of this? We have emailed AAEVP and await a response from them but I thought of throwing this question out in this forum to cover all my bases. We do not have this material up on our website yet because we are still reviewing all the material and have to get back to the owners of the property with any findings. Hopefully soon.
