The skull and wings were based off of some toys and a toy prototype I was able to get a hold of + a set of flight wings from the Army surplus. Then I had my contact cast them up, attach the pin backs, and paint 'em. (Little bit of out sourcing and connections can help)

The hat: I bought one from the surplus store, Illiara and I cut it up and drafted out a pattern from it and took it from there.
