Congress can’t cut off the money for policing of this Iraqi Civil War our government has created. If they did they would be accused of cutting support for the troupes. This situation is amplified because of the stories we have all heard about troupes not having body armor and not having enough armored vehicles.

What congress can do is investigate where that money is going. Don’t cut off money for the troupes. Cut off money to Halliburton. Promote and add to the ongoing corruption investigations of Halliburton. Congress should make it clear that they are cutting off the money to Halliburton. This will make it very difficult to stay in Iraq. Any problems it causes the troupes will be blamed on a Commander-in-Chief unable to win the war. {Evil Laughter—(as if I thought of it first)}

Sacrifice 20, 000 more US soldiers to the deity of death and greed, masquerading as an entity of freedom and democracy in the middle east. This Baghdad campaign coming up has its work cut out for them. Are we joining both Shia and Sunni Iraqi troops in Baghdad and the Anwar region, or just Shia? That'll be great PR. Would Sunni troops even fight the Sunni insurgency anyway?
