I am using Best Buy for a customer service research project as an example of what not to do, I would appreciate any input that you offer on the subject of customer service. Feel free to vent about anything. The results of this will be used for a Senior Marketing class at the Univesity of Nebraska and will be made available in a published report to the General Manager of Best Buy.
