Get your fancy duds out, guys, and ladies, here's the chance for that really nice dress - Themed Thursday is coming up at the end of the month! Every time we have 5 Thursdays in a month, the LAST one will be a Themed Thursday, and we'll do something really different. This one is going to be like a Prom/Tolo/Morp/Whatever-you-call-it...

We'll start at SIX THIRTY (6:30) with h'ors d'oeuvres {horse do overs???}, and our formal dinner will be served at 7:00 pm sharp. There's no official cost for this event, but if you'd be willing to tip your waitstaff, I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

This Themed Thursday we'll have an elegant evening, complete with candlelight, fine china, decorations, and of course a chance to take some really special photographs with your friends. Corsages will not be required, but nice dress is STRONGLY encouraged. In other words, guys, don't show up wearing jeans and a t-shirt..

You should also know that the main purpose of the evening is bring NEW PEOPLE to YouthConnection, especially those who have not yet decided to follow Jesus. There will be a time where the good news of Jesus' rescue is shared with everyone. So if you know of that certain someone who needs to hear about God's Love, they'd be an excellent person to invite.

Don't forget - Thursday, November 30th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.

Okay, so I got snowed in, and we had to postpone the Formal.

No biggie.. we just pushed it back ONE WEEK... so, it's THIS THURSDAY (Dec. 7). Same time as the announcement (6:30 - 8:00), and same concept... bring your friends who don't yet go to a church, get all dressed up, and come have a great time!
