Letters To All Legislators

Let's get our writing campaign together and figured out.

We need to start writing immediately about:

1. War Contractors and Profiteering. We need a loud and vocal group of us to call for charges of treason. we need to write for somewhat extreme remedies to "pull the debate" away from the corporate right and business as usual... The debts incurred by Bush and his rubberstamps...liquidating halliburton and exxon mobil might help pay some of that back. (let's get that extreme and anti-corporate)

2. The Downing Street MEMO. What else do I say. Investigate this to the fullest. Did Bush state out loud in a meeting with a foreign head of state that he was going to "fix the facts to match the policy on Iraq"?

3. The Unanswered Questions of 9/11 - we need to harp on PENTAGON VIDEO FOOTAGE, BUILDING 7 and INVESTIGATIONs into the USE OF THERMATE... again very specific and very loud... and somewhat EXTREME.... we want to pull the debate as far away from the corporate cover up as possible.

Then we want to see heads roll. I think we need to call for public hangings. Investigate who the patsies were. What role foreign governments played. What role a corporate conspiracy played. What role a sub group of the military played. We want names, we want prison terms, we want executions.

4. Anthrax attacks. Why don't we know? Was it part of the 9/11 power grab... (duh.) and who needs to be punished for that? We need new false flag attack protections written into our laws.

5. Repeal the Military Commissions act NOW! No torture! No forgiveness for war crimes! No detaining of residents and citizens.
HR 6166? criminal. Open up Guantanimo Bay and give care and hospitalization to these poor people. then find them a home if they don't have one... or send them back to their homes with some money to start over... and access to mental health services.
Expose all secret military prisons now and shut them down. Make new laws banning torture even in the face of "terrorism"...

6. Make Touch Screen Voting ILLEGAL. Investigate and prosecute those responsible for stealing elections. This must be done immediately. Fine diebold... imprison members of the corporation and the other two main voting machine manufactureres for suspected vote tampering.

7. Media reform. Break up the media conglomorates... make all news and information companies independent. Punish all "news organizations" who pushed the war in IRAQ and knowingly lied to the people... I want to see Nuremburg trials for FOX NEWS. they are criminals and have been proven to have comitted the federal offense of propagandizing the American People.

8. Government accountability and transparency. Go get all the documents that Bush tried to hide regarding 9/11, Iran contra, ... all that stuff... and confiscate it. Then open up all documents other than those relating directly to spies and covert agents, (who could be killed) and make them available on the internet. We the people pay for this over grown federal government. We want to see everything. Every senator, congressman, judge and whitehouse staffer should post their schedule for the week on a website. If they are not doing what is on their calendar, a watchdog group should report it.

9. Campaign finance reform. From now on, the public pays for elections. The new NEWS media is a bit more boring but completely factual... real candidates talk about real issues ( no more "spin")... all their positions are clearly marked on their websites. TV and CABLE advertising is publicly financed and also given as FREE PSA time on these channels a week before election day. All ads are checked thoroughly... negative or misleading ads are rejected. Corporate donations are strictly forbidden. Corporations are no longer "persons" and have no rights to buy government away from the people.

10. Repeal all invasions of privacy and loss of liberties. The patriot act? GONE. Wiretapping? investigate, punish, obliterate the program now. Space weapons and spy sattelites, stop all programs now.

Letters to *select* legislators

We want new laws! We need to write to select legislators... and we need to write as a very loud and vocal group on the following topics:

1. Redefine Corporations as Non-Persons and create an automatic charter removal for any corporations that break the rules of the protection of people and environment.

2. Totally regulate Oil Companies. Limit the prices they can charge, add taxes to every gallon to build a NON-FOSSIL-FUEL infrastructure... let their obscene profits be re-directed into creating WIND, SOLAR, LUNAR, (collecting the motion of ocean waves is "moon power") Bio-Diesel and other alternate forms of renewable energy...

3. Dismantle the Federal Reserve System, collect the gold and silver... put it back in fort knox. And base our currency on

4. Repeal the income tax. Replace it with fiercer corporate taxes and appropriate apportioned taxes.... with an EXACT and TRANSPARENT accounting of where that money goes. Cut the pentagon budget and make corporate, investment and estate taxes pay for what's left. The pentagon is an arm of wall street... let wall street pay for it.... short of obliterating it.

5. Evict all residents of K street. Total lobbying reform. These corporatists have a strangle hold on our government, with campaign finance reform, their money's no good here. They can get in line with everyone else and redress their grievances along with Fudd the Farmer and Aunt Tilly the Teacher.
