I first read about Martin back in 1998 in Katherine Ramsland's "Piercing the Darkness". Ironically just a few months later I found out he was doing a presentation at a local library, that was the first time I met him, October of 1999. A few years had passed, and I met him yet again at another one of his presentations. We have stayed in touch ever since, on ocassion running in to eachother at different events.

I had heard his name long before I actually met him when he did a lot of library lectures. The first time was at the Chicago Rehearsal Studios in 1991 where The Dark Theatre was performing. Carol Page had just released her book Bloodlust which included an interview with Vlad Licina, the lead singer of TDT and was also in attendance.
