www.acousticroof.ca
is a site for touring musicians to list free of charge if they are interested in travelling to Canada to play in small venues or house concerts. (and we are getting attention from the commercial venues as well so listing can be an all round good thing). I repeat that this is a free resource.
Of course venues are welcome to list too and we invite hosts to check the site!
We only list Canadian venues because that is going to keep us busy enough, and it is being well covered in the US by www.concertsinyourhome.com
Even if you are not in the market as a musician or a host, check out the great
Canadian artists on the site and listen to their clips!

to fund the site (which is totally being covered out of our pockets right now!) we welcome small music related ads....and they are very inexpensive.

So if you are travelling to Canada and want to promote yourself, this is a good spot - we are very new but have had 2,700 hits and I have just sent out 50 press releases.
