I,ve started searching for a cheap way to make a really cool "Glow in the Dark Head mask.
I was going to use a ballon and wrap paper mashee around it then coat it with a mixture of Polyester Resin and Glow in the Dark Pigment. After having a few ballons pop on me I decided to fill a plastic supermarket shopping bag with newspapers to form the rough shape of a humunoid head, then paint newspaper strips on the exterior of the bag with a mix of flour and water. This has worked well and I will post some photos of the progress of this head in the near future.
I will also post some pix of the costetic contact lenses shortly.

Glow in the dark stuff is great for halloween, I buy packs of 100 glow in the dark bracelets to give out to kids so they can be seen at night when they trick or treat ^-^
