Hi there...Rich in 1012 here. I just noticed a reddish tint bleeding through the whitewash on the sprinkler pipe in our place and remember someone had brought this up at the HOA meeting, anyone remember his name or have this problem? I think I recall him saying that they just came in and sloshed more whitewash over it...ack.
Thx.

Just a follow-up. I ran into the guy with the rusty sprinkler pipes...he said new rust was bleeding through the second coat of whitewash. I'm curious if it's condensation, or staining from something on the pipes at the time of construction or..? I told him I had the same screwey red stuff forming on the joints on my sprinkler pipe as well. We'll see how it goes.

I seem to be having the same problem in a number of areas. Has anybody talked to ProHomes or the builder about this since our HOA meeting?
