WOWSERS!!! Retailer of the week has become high demand!!! Ya'll are tough! If I dont get it up on mondays... boy do we get the emails!!! So, sorry it's a day late!!!!



I am in Seattle which is "my other home"... I moved out to Seattle for college and lived out here for 12 years. Working in bridal the whole time. I this week have chosen a Seattle area store however... it is not one I was previously employed at!



Today for a moment I wanted to talk about creating "a perfect celebration"! What makes a perfect celebration, what are the ingredients? So, today I wanted to give you a simple recipe for having A PERFECT CELEBRATION.

First you must make sure you have the two major ingredients... A BRIDE AND A GROOM!!!

Then need to add a PINCH OF PATIENCE... We know it is exciting and you cant WAIT until that big day, but there are some little things that need taken care of like Invitations.

a perfect celebration carries a number of different invitation designs as well as save the date. They are your one stop paper store.

Then you need to add a SPOONFUL OF LAUGHTER which you will get when you sit down with Gayle O'Donnell who is the owner of a perfect celebration. She is so funny! She has a great personality and is a joy to work with. Make sure you talk to her about their NEW expansion program as they are currently building a new location in the Southcenter area.

A CUP of KINDNESS is what you will recieve from the staff at a perfect celebration as they show off there exquisite line of accessories including guestbooks and ring pillows by aalexis.

They also carry an incredible list of shoe designers as well as other accessories. Also, dont forget to show some of that KINDNESS to your bridesmaids, etc.. and look for some GREAT bridal party gifts!

So, this week for retailer of the week I wanted to spice it up a bit...

As most of you know I HATE signing picture mats. I think it's pointless. Really where are you going to hang it! I think they are UGLY! That's my personal opinion and yes I have been to enough weddings that I am ENTITLED to an opinion. LOL! I prefer guestbooks, snapshot books, etc... I also like scrolls, etc... I however, this week fell upon a GREAT CREATIVE ALTERNATIVE!!!!

It's not so big that it will take up the whole living room wall, but it is would look beautiful upon the fireplace mantle!

Ask your photographer for the BEST wedding album. Ask for a PictoBook.
We do only work with professional photographers, so think twice before accepting just a DVD with your images (most good album companies are the same). Dont get stuck with an "el Cheapo" album!
