I was taken from behind, blindfolded, gagged, and taken to this place, where i was straped down and my jaws were unclamped and spread to open my mouth...then i remember hearing someone turn on a burner, kind of like that sound in chemistry labs...after a few minutes someone poured this hot liquid down my throat and i realized it was coffee!! not JUST coffee, but the most amazing pure coffee of my life (and i dont even like straight coffee too much).
I was addicted and hooked...now i sheepishly sneak away there under the night sky, whenever i am able to get my feet moving there, and bury myself in the shadowy corners as i feed my addiction with hands shaking and blood vessels popping...
:) no i think i just walked by the place one day. And i like it!

Paul the drummer called me to come play one Thursday night in March. I've been the bassist for the Billie Harris Quartet @ Cafe Balcony ever since. I love playing for everybody there. Thanks for listening!
