This is what I get now when trying to launch the program.

The recent system change was an upgrade of my internet/system protection software from CA. I installed the new 2010 version and after reboot I get this error as well as it’s set to autolaunch. I’ve yet to find a tweak in the new software and reinstallation didn’t help. Running Windows XP(up to date).
