After watching the preview to this movie i had mixed feelings the effects look pretty cool but it looks like a mutant offspring of assassins creed and Indiana Jones however that may not be a bad thing and its also made by Disney which is almost never a good thing. What do you think of it?

Being that it actually reminds me of the prince of persia games, they might actually do a decent job, and they guy who is making it had done some pretty good "adventure" style movies, hopefully it will be good. :)

The beginning shot with the Prince as the camera follows around him over the city is right out of Assasin’s Creed!

The movie looks horrible. It doesn’t even follow the story line of the first game. I’d rather play the game then watch this god awful movie.

Looks good to me, but even if it turns up to be a horrible movie there’s always the game right?

O-H M-Y G-O-D! =, = Jake looks like Kevin Sorbo in Herkules. That’s the biggest problem... That’s crippy... Unfortunately I think it will be the worst movie with him.

I think this is gonna be a good movie. the special effects are bomb, everything looks accurate. It may not follow the stoyline of the first game, but u gotta remember, if the story was the same as the game, you’d be watching the game over again. i like that they freshened up a new story for it. i think all in all it’ll be a good movie.

wish it was a bit darker. dont understand the brit accents in the middle of the ancient desert. the guy wants to destroy the world with a sandstorm? why? dumb..

Agreeing 100%. If you’re going to make a movie based off of and with the exact same name as the game, you’d best make it what it is down to the tee.

That was Prince of Persia. This is Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. And what does the first game being on the NES have to do with this terrible movie anyway?

it looks pretty interesting effects look nice....however story wise looks like they fused all the games together o_O....hopefully is not another max payne thing...

I have really high hope for this Movie, so i do Hope it does
not dissapoint me. lol. The preview, and graphics do look pretty awesome.

I totally agree with you. I loved the PoP games, but this movie looks like crap. Disney CAN make good movies, but I think they should have left Prince of Persia alone. It’s gonna be ruined and wrong for so many people. And I don’t mean to offend anyone, but the prince was definitely not Caucasian. He’s from the middle east! Persia...not Europe. He also didn’t have a name in the game. What’s with this "Dastan" crap? I’m really not looking forward to this one.
