So I called into T-mobile to see what the hold up was and I was way nice about it. And they said they would hopefully have it up by tomorrow morning. But since I was cool about it, the lady on the phone gave me $20 credit towards my bill, so I suggest calling and getting your money’s worth!

yea i called last week and they said they’d be sending out some kind of letter for customers to fill out if they lost data, they’re not just automatically crediting everyone the $100. Supposedly they’re also giving an extra $100 off a new phone if you decide to buy another device, but you’d still wind up having to get a new contract. Which I don’t want to do since I have the grandfathered $20 data plan. Considering the information I’ve lost, they should be offering any other phone for free and find some way to convert a Sidekick Unlimited plan to a BlackBerry or G1/G2 Unlimited plan for the same price. No matter how many checks they mail out, they’re still going to be making money off of us.
