can someone help me straighten out the rumors about this jack kid with the truth?

the gun was in his house... it wasnt jacks. it was his family's gun. jack spit in his face a while ago. but everyone is saying the party rumors are true.... i dont know. im so confused...

OKay this is from the adult sources. THE PARTY IS TRUE. The Jack kid is having charges pressed against him suppossedly. It was said also that the cops are investigating the gun issue and they do believe that the "jack kid" gave it to m him. If they find him guilty he will be brought up on charges of assult (for the spiting) and manslaughter in the second degree.

omfg, nobody believe that. tell me your sources, seriously. ask the lockport police department. ask one of the detectives that worked with this case. stop starting more rumors. jack DID NOT have a party. obviously you didn't ask the adults what happened. They didnt even talk about jack being charged with 2nd degree manslaughter or murder. geez. seriously, before you blame the innocent, ask yourself, why am i blaming anyone? Dennis did what he thought had to be done, nobody influenced him, he was very depressed. I don't want to hear anything about jack being blamed for dennis's death. he DID NOt influence him in any way, shape, or form. Discussion CLOSED.

YEs I did thats what they told I am a fucking adult you idiot and that is what they were saying. The kids parents from coffehouse were sayign that stuff but i talked to believeable sources and I do now that he got the gun from his dad's collection and that the jack kid did start alot of shit. I am still told to this day that he did have a little get together with a few friends. I am not validating it either way nto did I say that it was entirely true. I just said that that is what I was told so don't go off on me child. Everybody wanted to know what happened and thats what everyone thought for quite awhile. The only reason I found out the truth is from sarah feighy his sister that I went to school with.My little sister was even given a copy of his suicide note. she was very close to him. So I didnt say that all that was true. I just stated that that is what I heard from adult sources that were believable at the time. Those adult sources were parents of some of dennis's friends from coffeehouse.
