So, I always thought that it was really lame when people in Sun Sign groups would just post their birthdays in one long list, that really means nothing to anyone. It never really made sense to me. Even if you are typing out the positions and degrees of all of your planets individually, like we all did on a thread in the astro-signs group, there is still something missing. I think that the entire chart needs to be visually seen most times in order to really have some sort of understanding of it. In light of that, I wanted to start a thread where everyone who feels comfortable can post their birth chart here, so we can all see each others stars, and so we can all learn from each others pattens. That way, when so and so says 'I had a bad day today' we can reference the chart here on the thread and see that the Moon was conjunct their natal Saturn that day or something for example. And that adds to our overall experience becase then we have something to look back on and say 'oh, sometimes Saturn and Moon contacts are kind of depressing' or what have you.
Posting the charts is going to involve a small script. In order to post a chart onto this thread, first your going to need to get it from www.astro.com and then save it to your computer, and then upload it to your myspace pictures. Once you have done that, then you need to copy the exact link/URL to your picture from your pics, and then insert it into a script on this post. If you need to learn how to do the script to post an image, then go over to this page and scroll down a bit and you will see the post on 'adding an image'. http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=2079041
So yeah, and if you dont feel comfortable with having your name and birth data out there on the chart, then just edit that part of the pic or something before you post it to myspace.

ok, the sript is:
<*img src="***INSERTLINKHERE****">
except that you have to remove all of the * leaving no spaces where they were. Also, you need to put the link where your picture is when it says 'INSERT LINK HERE'. Make sure it is the full link for example: http://g.myspace.com/00050/60/75/50025706_l.jpg
If it works, then the image will show up in the preview before you actually post. If there is no image in the preview post, then it didn't work, and something is wrong with the code.
A full example of a completed script should look like this, except with out the * and the only space in the line should be the one between img and src. For example-
<*img src="*http://g.myspace.com/00050/60/75/50025706_l.jpg">

all right. Here is a picture of what the script should look like. Just make sure you find the exact link to the picture to put in the URL field.
