How did you first hear about the group "Relenter"?

I was added as a friend. Their music is awesome. I like it alot.

Also, has anyone seen them play in real life? I am kind of hoping to go and watch them sometime real soon.

we send friend requests to people from various groups and interests... DM fans are one of them. =0) I will say that we read every profile before sending a friend request... which most bands don't.

I also recieved a friend request, and then I listened to Through the Mirror.....immediately I bought their album. My favourite tracks are Strange and In the Beginning, but There isn't one song on the album that I don't like. If all of you haven't bought the cd, stop what you're doing, and get it NOW.

I stalk them in real life.....er I mean...heh....kidding!

Seriously though, I DJ with two members of the band i:scintilla and they played over at this one bar one night....so I went to go see them. Well before they took the stage I saw these three guys walking around....and when they got up to play...it was awesome. Relenter really swept me off my feet with "Through the Mirror" and the other songs they played that night. These guys are just STUNNING live. They create a lot of energy and they really seem to enjoy themselves which makes for a great show to be at. Plus they are just really great guys in general.

If you get a chance to see them play live DO IT.

Oh and get their CD too. The acoustic tracks of "Strange" and "I said to Her" are worth the price of the CD alone. And I love "In the Begining". It's excellent.

i met robert (keyboards) at a vietnamese brothel in early '95...he was wearing leather hotpants, a leather vest, and a leather cowboy hat...two scantily-clad ladies, suki and van-van, were dousing him with some strange oil....he was enjoying himself thoroughly and it was at that moment that i knew he would someday join a great band...that day has yet to come...
