Okay, so I’m all for this 3 for 20 deal, I think it’s great it’s DEFINITELY bringing in sales in a down economy. HOWEVER, is anyone else noticing a decrease in their tips?? I know a lot of servers at our store are really getting discouraged with this promo. We all upsell like there’s no tomorrow, but guests still think it’s okay to leave 3 dollars as a tip...I don’t know if it’s just us or if anyone else feels the same??

this is a great promotion.. but at my store this promotion sucks for cooks and for the QA and for the servers. They are taking what would be a $40 meal and making it $20... servers are def. not making an $8 tip on that. Good thing it is ending cuz my pocket is hurtin.

Shoulda ended it today when Create-a-Pepper started.

So the 2 for 20 was a great deal. I believe Brinker is doing a great job trying to drive in buisness...So dont think of the 2 for 20 as an inconvinence, think of it as a oppertunity. My tips havent changed...but I have made new guest that willcome back. By the way, it is over for now, but it is comingback...BIGGER AND BETTER>
