As a NorCal native and off/on resident behind the Orange curtain I can honestly say it’s CONDITIONS, CONDITIONS, CONDITIONS! While I’ve had memorable and gnarly rides @ Steamers and breaks around SC. The most HAIR ON FIRE, LATE TAKE-OFF, SAND IN YUR SHIT, WHOOP YUR ASS RIDES...DA WEDGE!!! It’s the fastest wave that’ll rip yur shorts off & snap your neck.
Dunno hardly any that have the nads to stand up ride THE WEDGE when it’s goin off @ 20’+.
