I for one thought bruno was a hilarious movie. Uber fun.
Let’s face its not often you get to see gay men with a stylish, yet eccentric fashion sense.
I for one found Sacha’s performance arousing and exhilarating, and I thank him very much for being nude on film. ^_^ Finally, a movie where perverted women and gay men can get see some nice male on male action.
I also felt that the director Larry Charles perfectly portrayed the wide and diverse underside of the American people. From the homophobic Baptist who sends bruno to a swingers house, to the cute ditzy workers of a so called “celebrity charities” whose real aim is to gain icons publicity. It’s a really clever story with a love conquers all message.

What about you guys?

I thought it was pure genius comedy.. I personally love taboo subjects and it is very offending which again is the best comedy.. what does bother me is the fact at the theater I was told a lot of people demanded their money back because they were offended. I do not understand people but it makes perfect sense at the same time.. Americans cannot see the actual message the movie portrays because they can only understand that they should and do feel offended. Pretty much everyone should feel offended the same amount, Bruno made fun of almost everybody, so why do they feel like they are offended so much they want their money for.. That blows my mind.. I personally had a great time at this movie and it is definitley the funniest movie I have ever seen and it also has a great underlying message that should be the scary part.

So true Chadwick, I think most Americans can’t see beyond their shallow sense of superiority/pride and I’m an American. They wear it like some sort of ignorant boy scouts badge of supremacy, for example when bruno adopted little O.J. and went on the talk show. The audience (mostly African Americans) was offended by the photos. I’ll admit seeing an infant covered in bees is dangerous and wrong, but the whole Jesus being hung to the cross thing made me laugh. And again I have to chalk it up to the director Larry Charles, seriously, the reaction from the crowd is what you’d expect from African American people Quote “you burn in hell for that one.” So stereotypical but true; dude I’m black and I could see the humor in that scene, but what was really touching and this were Americans miss the underlying message, was bruno genuine concern and anguish for little O.J. when he was taken away by child services. And that’s just one point in the plot.

Why would anyone be offended and want there money back?
I mean that and the fact people saw the darn commercials. That should have been their first warning sign; hey this movie is taboo and meant to be that way! I mean it’s not like there was any false advertising in the commercials, nobody lied to you; you watched this film at your own digression.

Guts and diplomatic immunity in America :). I thought it was damn funny, I laughed on more than one occasion, Bruno is a clever character Sacha made. My place still stands though; Ali G was the best, and I hope to see another Ali G movie now that the other two characters have a movie out :).

This movie is absolutely the best movie on the whole fucking planet and I say that with love!I love Bruno so much and he is the best ever!!!My favorite part of the movie is A-List Celebrity maxout with Bruno, that part is genius and when bruno went on the talk show and was like"Your just jealous cause you know I can get any guy here"which is absolutley 100% true! This movie is a million times better than Borat for several reasons:Bruno is hotter and gorgeous, Borat is just a cutie.Bruno is a whole lot funnier and will make you laugh until you cry or throw up cause that is what happened to me when I went to see the midnight premiere, Borat only has like two really hilarious parts in it.Bruno has a better outlook on fashion he wears the best clothes and he always looks his best and very sexy(yummy yummy:])Borat just wears a suit and some whitey tighties(not that sexy:[)To make a long story short I could go on for hours of why Bruno is a million times better than borat but I am just gonna get right to the point ...Bruno is better than Borat because Borat is old news..we needed some one new who was going to make us laugh and put a smile on our face and that is exaclty what Bruno did.If you think Bruno is not a good movie than i’m gonna tell you two very simple words:FUCK YOU!!!!!!!! If you don’t like this movie than your a fucking douchebag and you absolutley have no sense of comdey , this movie is a work of art, its amazing, its fabulous , and its genius.Bruno is the best forever and fuck all you haters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
