haha thank you for pointing all of those things out. i also love hearing "what's good?" well what do you like asshole. For example... lot of people love cheesecake ice cream personally I'd say it's gross because I hate cheesecake. but yeah i agree with all of those. Especially the ones about sinless and prices and pounding on the door.

P.S. it is not too difficult to throw out those napkins you left on the table. I haate when people do that. and cheap little 8th graders that try to tip a penny and make us sing and bitch about the prices.

Lol...I once had a customer who walked in and looked at the ghea asking , "what kind of flavors do you have?" It is REALLY hard to say "Um... I believe the names are on the front of the glass. no? ohhh they are!! well..." and with a smile.

Do you have [insert red pan from 7 months ago]?

Q: "Hey can i get a glass of ice water?"
A: "Well i'll give you a cup of water, but we don't have any ice."
Q: "You guys are an ICE cream parlor and you don't have ICE!?"


Or i hate it when people ask for the Ultimate Indulgence (picture of PB cup perfection on the wall) and when you tell them what it is they change their mind.

Or when people ask for Oreo Cookies. I know Oreo is a goddamn cookie, you don't need to fucking call it a cookie im not retarded.

And like a 10 year old boy was arguing with me because he says that he always gets cheesecake chunks in his ice cream (which we have never had). And even though i tell him we have never had them he keeps asking for them.

what really pisses me off is when you ask them what size they want and their like "Oh i want a waffle cone!"

or when they see you put it in a normal cup and you try and hand it to them and their like oh i wanted a waffle... like we're suppose 2 have super powers to read their mind and know when they want a waffle or not!!!

This old guy came into the store today, and he ordered a Cold Stone original in a like it bowl, then I told him for 60 more cents he get almost twice the amount(like we're supossed to do) and he still wanted the like it size. I scooped it out and put it on the stone and then he started to complain about the size. I told him that's what you get for a like it and he was still comlaining. I put it in the cup and it was actually big for a like it size and it was like a mountain of Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip in the cup. I went to go ring him out, and he wanted to give me a hundred dollar bill. The ice cream was $2.99 + tax and he wanted me to break a hundo. I told him I didn't have any 20's left and I only had a few 10's(IDK why, but the drawer was pretty empty. Then he put it on his credit, and of course...no tip.

Another thing I hate is when those 75 year old ladies come in and order a Kid's Creation even though the board says "12 & under please"

well when you have to answer to your boss why kids creations arent being sold to kids only, then it does matter to you.

OMG After working open to close today I needed to read this. Although, I LOVE the Jr Highers that come in as well as the little ones. They are much smarter and way more polite than the majority of adults that come in my store.

How about...
- don't you have any other cones than that? No, waffles are it, and yes that is how big they are, they are not going to change!
- Uhm I will take that cake... Why don't you just take it out of the case?
- You guys should get some more fat free, why don't you have the sinless in chocolate??? My answer, we aren't really known for our fat free items, and if you are looking for it you are in the wrong place.
- Do you guys have coffee or hot chocolate?

Some of you mentioned about the little dogs.... don't you know pets aren't allowed in food establishments unless they are a seeing eye dog? That is highly unsanitary. We always tell them they are going to have to leave the dog outside.
