I’ve tried to update my Zune Software but everytime I do, it says error, and some weird code, I look it up on Zune.net but it’s no where to be found, Idk what to do to make my software update.....someone please message me with help! I really want to update my software but it wont let me!

I was getting the same thing and i look up the code on mircosoft.com and it came up to be an restery eorror on the computer the only way i got to fix it was to back up everything and do a complete recovery of my system (F11 on boot up on hp notebooks)
