I am so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how difficult that must be. However hard that promise is to keep at times. It’s one that will help you and your other children. I quit smoking in November 2000, after promising my nieces and nephews I would try to quit. It takes a while but every day that you win the battle to not smoke is easier than the last. I know that I am a stranger to you, but congratulations on beating the smoking habit. I’m proud of you.

Wow, my heart goes out to you (((( HUGS ))))).

Hang in there - I am sure you never wanted a cigarette more, but it really is not worth the temporary fix.
